APRIL 15 – ORADELL, NJ – Bergen Catholic delivered a dominant performance, defeating St. Joseph' Regional 5-0 in a complete team sweep. The Crusaders controlled every match, winning all singles and doubles flights in straight sets.
Justin Choi led the way at first singles with a perfect 6-0, 6-0 victory.
Michael Custodio followed with a strong 6-2, 6-2 win, while
Owen Grant added another shutout at third singles, 6-0, 6-0. In doubles play,
Samuel Custodio and
Andrew Barabas earned a convincing 6-2, 6-0 win, and
Byron Kwon with
James Gullo capped off the sweep with a 6-1, 6-3 victory.
