JANUARY 31 - STATEN ISLAND, NY - The Indoor Track Team competed in the Ocean Breeze Invitational on Saturday.  Some of the Crusaders with notable performances include:

• Jonathan Griffith placed 7th in the triple jump with a mark of 44'0.5", ranking him top 20 in New Jersey.

• Kieran Ewers finished 5th in the 55m dash, setting a new personal record of 6.52, which ranks 10th in New Jersey. He also recorded a significant personal best in the 200m dash (22.19), qualifying him for the National Championship.

• Taras Martiuk, a freshman, posted an impressive 10-second personal record in the mile, running 4:59.42 and earning entry into the sub-5-minute mile club.
