JANUARY 28 – RAMSEY, NJ – Bergen-Bosco Wrestling!  What a way to finish the League Schedule.  BC soundly defeated their rival 50-14.  It was BC's 48^th victory against only 6 losses all-time vs. the Ironmen since the rivalry on the mat began in December, 1977.
     This particular match started at 132 pounds where fantastic freshman, Lucas Reeves fell in an Ultimate Tie Breaker, resulting in a 3-0 lead for the Ironmen.  Elijah Winn quickly tied the score with a 7-1 decision and Sowzy Tsay earned a technical fall, giving the Crusaders a lead they would never relinquish.
     Philip Gianatasio and Joey Canova recorded pins before Manny Gusfa recorded a technical fall.  The Ironmen have a trio of nationally ranked grapplers at 175, 190 and 215, but due to strong efforts from AJ DiGiovanni, Chad Sadaka and Mason Marck, BC yielded only 2 bonus points in those three bouts.
     After heavyweight, Ralphie Barca accepted a forfeit, Chase Young and Anthony Riotto added 11 points to the Crusader lead before Mica Loudermilk and Matthew Mulligan finished the Ironmen off.  BC finished with a 3-1 record in conference and is now 7-2 on the season.
