JANUARY 10 – GLADSTONE, NJ - The #2 Crusaders traveled to Morris County to take on #8-ranked Roselle Catholic High School as a part of the BIG JERSEY Showcase.  The 12:00 noon start game was held at Gil St. Bernard's School with the Crusaders pulling away from the Lions with a 10-point, 72-62 victory.
     The Crusader big guns were playing as hoped for, with Jaden Brown (24 points, 10 rebounds) and Julius Avent (17 points, 10 rebounds) each contributing double-doubles.  Alex Mazzella pitched in 9 points and added 6 assists and 5 steals.  Jahlil Owusu and Brandon McMillan "Bridgee" each pitched in 8 points.  The Crusaders took 19 points from the free-throw line, going 79.2% on 24 shots.
