DECEMBER 18 – HACKENSACK, NJ – Four different Crusader goal scorers led the way as the JV skaters defeated Don Bosco Prep 4-2 on Thursday.
Connor Eckert opened the scoring 9:22 into assisted by Evan Rodriguez. The Crusaders entered the first intermission with a 1-0 lead.
About five minutes into the second period,
Xavier Balsan found
Brody Robinson, who scored for BC increasing the lead to 2-0. With just 1:15 remaining in the period, Rodriguez earned his second of three assists, finding freshman Greg Alashian who increased the BC lead to 3-0.
The Ironmen got on the scoreboard early in the third before Graeson Schneider scored, assisted by Alashian and Rodriguez for BC's final tally.
Kyle Donohue saved 18 shots to earn the victory. The Crusaders out shot DBP 27-20.
