OCTOBER 23 – ORADELL, NJ – Dangelo Tavarez had a day, scoring three goals and an assist and
Christian Doolan scored two goals and two assists as the Crusaders unleashed an offensive barrage on Paramus Catholic 10-2 on Thursday.
Quinn Caufield scored two goals and an assist and sophomore
Tyler Oehm recorded a goal and two assists.
William Tramontozzi and
Michael Loughlin each scored for BC and Quinn Caufield assisted on two goals. Owen McCauley and
Liam Agans each earned an assist as well.
Ian Chung played 80 minutes in the goal, saving one shot and earning the victory.
The Crusader win streak over Paramus Catholic is now 29 games dating back to October 16, 2012 when the Paladins defeated BC 2-0. BC is 53-7-3 overall against PC and the Crusaders are now 29-1-2 overall at home. This rivalry dates back to October 15, 1979.
