RUTHERFORD/LYNDHURST, NJ – The Crusader Rowers competed in the 25^th Annual Head of the Passaic on the Passaic River on Saturday.  The team did a terrific job and started off well as Michael Ramos won the first race Crusader boats entered in the Men's Single.  Anthony Lupo placed 15 out of 27 boats in the 9:45 AM Men's Single Race.
 
The Crusaders placed sixth overall in the Race 27 of Men's Fours.  Lucas Machado, Michael Kornett, Cooper Carver and Max Harmeyer did the hard work in a race of 9 boats. 
 
In Event 28, Mens Fours, the Crusaders entered two boars.  Shane Roberts, Ryan Liu, Aidan Cosgrove and Antonio Machado placed 10^th in the 15 boat event.  Nicholas Brady, Peter Emmi, Shane Chung and Michael Cooper placed 12^th with their shell.  Rene Roa,Tyler Morris and Alaric Morales placed 9^th in the four-man Race 45 as Crusader times dropped with each successive race. 
 
Alexander Rossakis, Fynn Byrne, Jack Donohue, Joseph Daniello and coxswain, John Marciano placed fourth with a time of 18:03.6 in Race 47, Men's Four Plus. 
 
Colin Labozzetta and Alexander Gelineau recorded a time of 17:10.1 in the Men's Varsity 2-man.
 
Ethan Hur and Viktor Bucher placed third in the HS 2x.  James Apergis and Marc Butler followed them with a 6^th place finish and Roman Sango and Marcos Previzi placed 15^th.
